With a zealous spirit, Pragyan School, Greater Noida held its Annual Sports Day on December 23. There was a feeling of excitement and anticipation among the children. Principal Ruchika Sharma administered the oath to the four house captains.
The programme began with the ceremonial march past of the four houses Prabal, Pragati, Prakand and Prayas led by riders on horses. The chief guest was Mudrika Pathak Tewari, district sports officer, Ghaziabad.
The day followed with a series of nail biting competitions like Tug-of-war, inter house pyramid competitions and the inter house relays. The parents enjoyed the mass drills using various routines of aerobics and calisthenics. The magnificent yoga display kept all spellbound. The programme concluded with the blessings of the school mentor SP Bakshi.
