The twelfth Mega Property Exhibition of the Builders Association of Navi Mumbai (BANM), which kick started on February 10, wrapped up on February 12. Spread over 1,50,000-sq-ft plot at Sanpada off Palm Beach Road, the exhibition had participation of over 100 builders, including some top financial institutions. More than 150 stalls were set up at the venue. Among the participants, 30 developers participated in the exhibition for the first time.
Haresh Chheda, the exhibition committee convener informs, "This year, there were about 30 stalls selling affordable flats ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 25 lakh. To entertain the visitors, events like fashion show, live musical shows, Mata ki chowki and games for children were also organised." Developers were quite excited about the exhibition too. The event showcased properties
in Pune.
M C Sunny, president, BANM says, "As expected, this year the response was better than last year as we had flats planned even for the middle income group."
