The Football Link has launched 'Football For Fun', a social initiative to promote healthy lifestyle amongst children by getting them to play football in their neighbourhood grounds. This campaign was organised in association with Football First Sports and Resident Welfare Associations (RWA) in various places in South Delhi.
The campaign kicked off during the Republic Day celebrations in South Delhi at Mandakini Enclave (January 22), Nilgiri Apartments (January 22), Aravali Apartments (January 25) and Greater Kailash II (January 26). During these three days, various mini tournaments were conducted at the RWA community grounds with over 400 children (both boys and girls) taking part in football games.
