The New Bombay Punjabi Association (NBPA) at Sector 7, Vashi, organised a Mata ki Chouki at the association’s ground on January 20.
“There was no specific purpose for the programme, other than offering prayers to the Goddess for a healthy, wealthy and prosperous New Year,” informs Inderjeet Singh from NBPA.
About 12 artists from Delhi were invited to perform for the Chouki.
