eLast week, part-time MBA students of K J Somaiya Institute Management Studies and Research, Vidyavihar organised the 'Go Green' event that highlighted the causes and effects of global warming. The event was organised to also promote 'Metamorph', a two-day annual festival that will be held on February 25 and 26 in the college premises.
The students said that it high time the issue of climate changes and biodiversity conservation were addressed with seriousness. The team managing the event consisted of working professionals, who understand the causes and effects of global warming.
"This is the first time we organised such an event. Our plan is to start this event in Mumbai and slowly spread to other cities. Now is the time to act,” said Shruthi Menon, team member of Metamoprh
