The much-awaited Koregaon Park police station was recently inaugurated at the hands of the commissioner of police, IPS Meera Borwankar and IAS Mahesh Pathak, municipal commissioner. The charge of the new police station was handed over to PI Shivaji Kamble. The police station will fall under Zone-II of Pune city, which is under the jurisdiction of IPS Raghunath Khaire.
