BBMP Mayor Sharadamma inspected various development works in the Bommanahalli Assembly constituency on January 18. She visited HSR Layout Ward-174, 27th Main, in Sector-1, where the public had complained about the ongoing work by BWSSB over the last one-and-a-half years, which is causing inconvenience to the public.
She took the BWSSB officials to task and ordered them to complete the work by March. "BWSSB people are laying water pipes in HSR Layout. We can take asphalting work only after pipe-laying work is completed," she said.
After the Mayor's visit, the BBMP Commissioner also visited the spot. He assured the residents that he would take up the work on emergency grant and make sure it is completed soon. 27th Main is the lifeline of the residents of HSR Layout.
