Parents are kids' first teacher and to bring out the best in the kids, Greater Valley School, Greater Noida organised a workshop for parents on February 12. At this workshop, parents were given an opportunity to interact with education experts. The workshop had experienced education officers of GEMS team like Kuki Tyagi and John Mithai who focused on topics such as 'Parents as emotional coaches' and 'Six ways to positive parenting'.
Supported by GEMS associate director Karen Brown, the workshop was interactive.
"Workshops or seminars for us should be organised on a regular basis. There are various valuable inputs that we receive from the school which help to understand our children better," said a parent present on the occasion.
