Ishara International Puppet festival is here again to enthral art lovers of the capital.

To be a part of Ishara International Puppet festival, artists from various countries like USA, Germany, Iran, Taiwan, Afghanistan, Israel, Australia, Italy, Bulgaria, Ireland and India have gathered in Delhi.
Though puppetry has its roots in India for ages, it's fast losing its identity in this  changing tech savvy world. To revive the charm of puppetry, Ishara has being working hard since 2001. The festival is witnessing myriad colours, sounds, great variety of puppets and exceptional story telling techniques. 
The shows range from traditional rod and string puppetry to modern puppetry with extensive usage of light and sound. This year in Ishara, great focus has been laid on contemporary work of art. This festival will continue from Feb 3 to Feb 12 at India Habitat Centre and from Feb 13 to Feb 15 at Epicentre, Gurgaon.
