On the occasion of Republic Day, the members of the Acharya Chanakya Nagar located in Kandivali East, organised a rally from Arya Chanakya Nagar to Ashok Nagar.The rally was attended by more than 200 locals. The aim of the rally was to spread the social messages of saving the environment, cleanliness, anti-corruption, gender bias and others. Children, youngsters and senior citizens alike participated in the event.
“This was the second time we organised this event. We were happy to see such a great response from the locals. These kinds of programs are of national importance. They help to boost the spirit of nationality and brotherhood among everyone,” says Ashok Purohit, Secretary, Arya Chanakya Nagar Jyestha Nagrik Sangh.
