Here's a special way to celebrate Makar Sankranti. Shrikant Kshirsagar organised a session on Suryanamaskar to invoke blessings of the Sun God on January 15 at Swaminarayan temple, Sector 29, Vashi. The session covered a presentation on the research conducted by Indian Medical Association Pune, followed by a demonstration. Around 85 people participated in this event.
Shrikant Kshirsagar informs, “As our life depends on solar energy we must offer our gratitude to the Sun God. The best way to do this is Suryanamaskar.”
