Over thousand children were overwhelmed to receive prizes in the 12th Annual Day of Alpine Convent School 'Rishtey, The Eternal Bondings'. Chairman of the school RK Sharma and principal Rekha Sharma welcomed the guests. The event began with lighting of the lamp by the chief guest Governor Haryana Jagannath Pahadia. Nishar Ahmed, president of Institute of Company Secretaries of India was the guest of honour.
The event began with Saraswati Vandana and melodious chanting of shlokas.
School director DK Sharma presented the annual report followed by the prize distribution ceremony. Freedom fighter Pandit Chote Lal ji Memorial Award was given to students who excelled in academics and co-curricular activities.
