Param Yoga is a centre that offers customised holistic Yoga techniques depending upon the need of an individual, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.

Param Yoga-Aundh, which started with three students in 2004, has now grown into a Yoga Centre that accommodates around 300 students/ members and 14 teachers across 20 batches at three locations in Pune.
Batches are held over the week, with about 15 members in a batch. The courses range from one month to three to six months.  Param Yoga is a Holistic centre where one gets to experience good health and vitality through the various Yoga techniques namely Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Power Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Conscious Breathing and Pranayama, Chanting and meditation, lifestyle consultation and counselling, so on and so forth. For 3/6 month batches, a 12-week cycle is followed, where there is a possibility of one subject being repeated only after two months.
Dr. Renu Mahtani, the founder of Param Yoga, believes that relying only on medicines is not the only cure to illness; an active involvement in maintaining one's health is a must. Renu Mahtani got drawn towards Yoga due to personal reasons and since then the science has just kept surprising her with the way it works wonders for the mind, body and spirit.
Renu Mahtani has been a practising physician for the past 20 years and believes that through holistic consultation, she can give better recommendations to her patients by integrating the science of yoga to the knowledge of body structure and functions.
The courses are primarily divided into power yoga, fitness yoga and health yoga batches. The fitness course focuses on attaining the pinnacle of one's health while the health course assists in alienating illness varying from batch to batch. Dr. Mahtani is holistic consultant who understands the patients' prior health history and current lifestyle, and recommends batches accordingly.
