Residents of Noida Sector 27 have something to rejoice for as they will soon get a 3D club in the sector. As told by the RWA, the club will be flooded with all the special facilities like terrace garden, sauna bath and many more which will make it different from all the other clubs in Noida.
 According to the residents, the construction work is in its final stage. The club is being built in such a way, so that one can get a three dimensional view. The complete structure will cover an area of about 5204 square meters and is going to be fully air-conditioned.
 PS Jain, general secretary, Residents' Welfare Association said, "The construction work for the project had begun in April last year and it is expected to be completed by June 2012. The club will be the sixth club in Noida and is being developed at a cost of Rs 22 crore."
 He added that the key feature of the club is the terrace garden that will cover almost 50% portion of the total roof. The garden will be decorated with the flowers and plants.
 The members of the club will also get services like tennis court, badminton court, table tennis, swimming pool, gym, modular kitchen, restaurant, billiards table, health club for ladies and gents, sauna bath, aerobics, etc. The club will also be getting a fully air-conditioned hall for wedding events. The basement of the club will have the capacity to park more than 120 cars at a time.
 "This club will be a blessing for residents. I have been looking for a place to organise my son's wedding and I think this club will be the right choice," said Retd Suraj Kumar Shekhawat, a resident of the sector.
 However, Rekha Saxena, another resident of the sector said, "We are really looking forward to it and hope that the construction work finishes soon."
