The Emotional Freedom Technique is fast becoming a preferred choice for healing.

Emotional freedom technique
EFT believes that most of the physical pains and diseases that we suffer from are the consequence of our unresolved negative emotions. Gary Craig, the man behind EFT, explained that we can be set free from emotional traumas by tapping on our energy meridians or 'nadis'  - the same ones used during acupuncture. We don't need needles - just our fingers, tapping on the right places. This eliminates energy blockages that occur along the meridians, and frees us from emotional or physical pain.

Tapping Points
We spoke to Pradeep Agarwal, a well-known EFT therapist and trainer about the different tapping points. “The starting point is the fleshy part on the outside of the hand, below the small finger. Subsequently, a number of points have to be tapped around the eye, under the nose and lip. Tapping on these meridian points can have amazing results." Gary Craig encourages people to try EFT on everything- phobias, traumas, panic/anxiety attacks, chronic pain, headaches.
