Significant 2011 event!
As the days passed by, many events unfolded. While some were good, others shook the world. We asked residents to list out the events which they think were the most significant one in the year 2011.

The most significant event last year was the 2011 Cricket World Cup final. Smitten by cricket, I was hooked to the television the entire season and cannot forget the dream six-wicket victory by Team India against Sri Lanka in the nerve-wrecking final. Team India, indeed, made the country and people very proud.”
