Free spiritual classes

Poornapragna Vidyapeeta will be conducting classes on Sarvamoola granthas (works) of Sri Madhwacharya free of cost. "This is a rare opportunity and will be a boon to the people of Koramangala, HSR Layout, Domlur, Vivekanagar and others staying nearby as they would be saving much time in commuting to go to Vidyapeeta," said its secretary Dinakar Rao. A magic show is being organised by Kid's Kouch on Easter Sunday, April 24. The witty and wacky magician of Kouch, Rao is back with new and amazing magic tricks.
Kids below five years of age should be accompanied by an adult. Kindly confirm attendance by reserving and paying for your place by Friday, April 22.
Ramayana Jnana Yajna
Date: April 6 to 12.
Time: 6.30 pm.
Venue: Deenabandhu Devasthanam, CMH Road, Indiranagar.
A seven-day Ramayana Jnana Yajna by Swami Ramatmananda is being organised by Chinmaya Mission. The discourse will be on 'Icons of Ramayana' as part of Ramanavami festivity. Swami Ramatmananda will unfold the deeper meaning in his discourse.
Music competition for children
Date: May 14
Time: It will be held in two sessions -10 am for seniors and 4 pm for juniors.
Venue: Indian Heritage Academy Hall in Koramangala 6th Block.
Koramangala-based Nadasurabhi Cultural Association, for the third successive year, will conduct a Carnatic vocal music competition for children between 8 and 15 years. The last date for registration is April 30.

All participants are required to bring their proof of age at the time of the competition. Each participant is expected to sing one Carnatic song within a maximum duration of 5 minutes. The participants should bring their own Sruti box.
